    Claire and Trevor  thanks to you 3 full boats in the water I see that there is now a very busy top end of the StW team board with metres being posted regularly and the total metres just keep rising and rising well done.

    Injuries hitting the squad it seems that bicycle are too dangerous  and callouses a recreational hazard I just keep going but I dont post the same metres as some of the monsters. If I have a break then the callouses fade away but then you go through the squishy when you start up again. No easy answer.
