  Hello all,
  We are now back in Malaysia for the winter.  I  now intend to do more rowing after a year of intermittent activity. I have noted quite a decline in performance due to time off and increasing age. I now row in the 70+ bracket so its easier to achieve a good position in the rankings. I am repeating the Pete Plan Beginners’ to get back in the groove.

  This month’s CTC is not very inviting so we may give it a miss. Well done the two participants so far.
