  Hi All,
  Hope everyone had an enjoyable festive period. Unfortunately the chocolates have taken their toll so I now need to put in the kms. I am still building up to my pre-op fitness but I am trying. I have attempted the CTC this month. It is only two minutes maybe some others can join me in the STW boat.
